Shipping and Returns


Lead times

Most of our items are made to order to the highest standards possible. Shipping times do not include lead time for making your item. Please allow 5-7 days before your order is dispatched. On occasions, longer lead times will occur and will be notified on the website.

For urgent orders, please contact us directly to see if we can fulfill it in the time available. We would hate for you to receive your order too late.

 

Shipping information

All our items are shipped from the UK.

Please note that these postal times only act as a guide and irregularities can occur. Tracking of orders under £50 is not standard. However, if you require tracking, this can be added.

Shipping within the UK: 2-3 working days
Shipping the the EU: 3-7 working days
Shipping to the US: 1 week to 14 days (please not that custom charges will occur)
Other global destinations delivery may vary.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items which have been delayed in transit due to postal service problems.

In a rush? If you request a specific delivery time or service, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help you. Extra shipping cost may occur on quick deliveries.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We pride ourselves in making the best product possible. If however you were not entirely satisfied with your purchase, multiple conditions apply to your request for exchange or return.


For your return request to be accepted, your order must:

  • Not have been worn or used
  • Not have been damaged or altered in any way
  • Have the label still attached if any
  • Be in its original packaging

The request for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your request should the above criteria not be met. We advise you to use a registered service for the return and that you keep all proofs of postage. We are not responsible for items getting lost or failing to reach our office.

Each order is manually processed. If we accidentally send you the wrong item, we will either exchange or refund the full cost, including postage. We will resend or refund your order on reception of your original item(s).

Exceptions:

  • Items which were part of a giveaway cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items bought with a discount code or on sale will be exchanged or refunded based on the sale price.
  • Returns must be sent by the original customer.
  • If an order is returned to us because you decline to pay the customs charges you will be liable for 50% of your order value plus all shipping costs. Please note that customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
  • If you order was sent back to us because you failed to collect it from your local office, you will be responsible for paying the additional fees to send the items back to you.
  • Sadly, custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged, due to their unique nature.

 

Our items are all handmade. Therefore, slight differences in patterns and placements can occur. This adds to the uniqueness of the product and we do not see this as a fault.
